[MCL-17196] "Minecraft Launcher" is not capitalised correctly in process description

The bug

In Task Manager (on Windows), the "Name" for the Minecraft Launcher does not have the L capitalised, unlike everywhere else. This can also be seen in the properties of MinecraftLauncher.exe, under "Description".

Steps to reproduce

The Launcher does not need to be open.

Locate MinecraftLauncher.exe
Right-click to access the Properties dialogue
Check the Description field

Does this issue occur on newest version of Launcher?
Does this issue occur on Launcher downloaded from minecraft.net website/MS store?
Have you tried to install Launcher from the minecraft.net website/MS store?
