when the game launches it starts to load in but it stopped near the end and says not responding. when I get back to the app it says games crashed.

Please check MCL-6550 for help with your issue. If you still need assistance after that, please contact the Community Support.
I would also reocmmend that you stop using our legacy launcher and use the most recent version.
