[MC-98233] "Witherstorm?"

A Witherstorm-like object is on always when I get on my friends 1.9 server, I think it may be a glitch in the rendering.

Could you please explain the issue better (rather then "a witherstorm like object")

All I can see in the screenshot is black-on-black. Please make screenshots at daytime.

It's been over a year since the question was asked, please respond to the question or attach the files requests and keep the ticket updated.
