[MC-97320] chicken and other mobs kick me off a cliff

So? What's the bug? Any mob can push other mobs, including players, that's intended

you didn't mention knockback
in that case: duplicate of MC-91388

without damaging myself

but in another case I hurt a chicken in a chicken jockey and killer chickens came

my guess is you had too much armor to get damage from the hit, but you still saw MC-91388, so duplicate of MC-91388

I only spawn chicken jockey in diamond armour and sword cos I make them cool

that has nothing to do with this issue :\
