There is already a solution for this problem out on hopper.minecraft.com, but the fix doesn't apply to my graphics card. The companion says that there is no update for my graphics card, but I don't believe that. I am leaving a link to my system output in hopes of a solution from Mojang or the community. This is happenning of the normal Minecraft game. Not Minecraft Windows 10 game.

This is not a bug with the game. Intel dropped support for Intel 4 series chipset several years ago, and have not released drivers since Windows 7.
