Redstone torches display themselves as a Stone item

I accidentally threw a redstone torch on the ground, while making a map. I expected it to look like normal, but it didn't.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to a world
2. Get yourself a redstone torch _{(by crafting it, creative, /give, /replaceitem... it does not matter)}
3. Drop it using Q _{(or any other key that is binded as the drop button)}
4. Watch it having the invalid texture
