JVM Crash in ig9icd64.dll/ig9icd32.dll (Broken Intel graphics card driver)

Solution

Caused by outdated and broken Intel graphics card drivers. Update to version 15.xx.xx.xx from http://downloadcenter.intel.com/

If that won't help, try enabling VBOs and VSync. If that won't help, please use the Mojang Support Center.

Placing a command block into a freshly created minecraft world crashes the game.
