[MC-9035] Custom texture pack text not supported

The text used in game is taken from inside the minecraft.jar, rather than using the custom text inside the texture pack zip file.

Currently over 50% of tickets are being closed as duplicate.

I would not see this as an invalid point, seeing as it is a key part of a texture pack. The other bug report was submitted early last Month and there has been nothing done about it
