At the Bottom of the crash report, it says I run Windows 8.1, but in reality I run a Windows 10 build.

Slighly related to MC-80817 since most probably an OSHI issue
Seems like it is an issue in Java's system detection which Minecraft uses.
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8081573 (openJDK bug, but also present in Oracle's Java)
