Weird Graphical Issues on Inventory

When playing the game normally, it works fine at 90 FPS. Until I open the inventory. When I move stuff around in my survival inventory, it glitches and a buggy looking version of the item will appear. When I exit my inventory, a buggy looking overlay of my normal play screen happens... I am using vanilla Minecraft, with Optifine and MCPatcher. I know that technically, I am not using "true" Minecraft, however this glitch still happens on "true" Minecraft, and was happening before I installed Optifine. In the attachments are some screenshots. I hope this can get fixed with some kind of graphical enhancment.
PS: SOLVED!!! I installed a different version of Optifine and it works!! Anyone else who has experienced this issue please comment down below!
