Command blocks placed in 1.7.10 broken in 1.8.1

So, I made a 1.7.10 world and deicded to put a personalized crafting system, and wanted to put the world in 1.8.1 but when the NBT tags matched the command block said the NBT tags didn't match.

Not a bug. IDs got replaced by names (Optional in 1.7, mandatory in 1.8).
Use minecraft:log instead of 17s
