If you summon a Silverfish with NoAI tag set to 1, it still squirms in place.

Unfixable per Searge:

Any part of an entities behavior that is not implemented as part of the AI is not affected by the NoAI tag.

Yeah, the squirming is just part of the silverfish animation, in the same way that players' and zombies' arms sway a tiny bit even when standing completely still.
