Drop shadows are too dark, especially at night. Stairs have many regressive bugs as well.

edit: Please note that stair shadows are NOT fixed, however that bug already has an existing ticket.

Was testing this bug and yes these lighting bugs has been fixed.
Now we just need a mod to mark this as fixed!
