Droplet Particle is a wake particle

Try to replicate:
/particle droplet ~ ~2 ~ 0 0 0 0 10 @a
/particle wake ~ ~2 ~0 0 0 0 0 10 @a
you'll see no differenz :/

Fix:
the droplet particle should match the particle created by wet sponges.
