[MC-5489] Mobs activate detector rails

When mobs walk over detector rails, they activate them.

Unable to reproduce. As seen in the screenshot many pigs are walking on top of detector rails, but the redstone stays unpowered. Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here.

Tested all mobs except for withers/-skeletons and enderdragon. Still unable to reproduce.
