[MC-54377] Records "Cat" and "13" more often than any other

I created a customized world in which I set the dungeon rate to 100. I have found in 20 chests only the records 13 or Cat, no others. However, all records should spawn.

The music discs "13" and "cat" are found in 8% of dungeon chests. All music discs can be obtained by getting a creeper to be killed by a skeleton's arrow.

Yeah, only those discs are found in dungeons. Wish there were more... The 11 music disc would add an interesting touch to find in dungeons...
