new /tp command mechanics, and execute command

I apologize if not stating this in the right place. its a kind of bug...
the new execute command allow every entity in the world to execute every command. the new tp mechanics teleport the entity from it own place using relative cordinates, before it teleports the entity to the relative cordinates from the executor, a command block for example.
using the execute command its possible to use the new tp mechanics, so the new tp mechanics become useless. Please, come back to the old tp mechanics, will be very mutch better, now with the new execute command, we nolonger need the new mechanic, and it takes several possibilities. sorry for bad english.
