Cannot Right Click to Wear Dyed Leather Armor

When right-clicking to wear dyed leather armors such as a dyed tunic, the item will blink for a split second (an indication that the item duplicated in creative) but no armor will appear upon the armor slots. This bug happens in creative mode. It is fine in survival.
