Opening the inventory while in a boat causes viewmodel hand's position to jerk out

That is somewhat akin to an old bug with the inventory. Getting out of the boat and opening your inventory is an unofficial fix. Happens since the first time when the boat got added.

To Reproduce:
1. Get in a boat*
2. Open your inventory

*Doesn't have to be in water
