"Œ" symbol sometimes doesn't show

I don't see an issue, I can paste: "Œil" into the chat without any problems.

Oh, sorry. I'm talking about Œ symbol in item tooltips (in French for example) 😉

This issue occurs with a Resource Pack that changes the font. Example with "Bœuf"

Ok, you can close this issue. That happens only when you use a resource pack with a custom font that doesn't support this symbol. Sorry for the inconvenience
