• Have you installed the latest graphics and audio drivers?

Hi, I went through the motions. I uninistalled and reinstalled the programs. The error repeats itself. I’m attaching a screen recording of the error.

The problem is not solved. I played for an hour and a bit and then the game crashed again. You can't start the game after without the game crashing. The problem was not addressed. Please stop saying it's solved and actually fix the problem. Tried reinstalling everything, sent computer data. thanks
