The Killer Bunny will actively initiate attacks on Wolves on sight, but it will not actively initiate attacks on Cats or Foxes.
This is likely an oversight from the update that added Cats and Foxes (1.14), where the Killer Bunny‘s proactive target list was not updated.

Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn a Wolf, a Cat, and a Fox, each with NoAI:1b to make them passive targets:
/summon wolf ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b} /summon fox ~1 ~ ~ {NoAI:1b} /summon cat ~-1 ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}/summon wolf ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b} /summon fox ~1 ~ ~ {NoAI:1b} /summon cat ~-1 ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}Spawn a Killer Bunny nearby:
/summon rabbit ~ ~ ~ {RabbitType:99}/summon rabbit ~ ~ ~ {RabbitType:99}Observe the Killer Bunny‘s behavior.
Expected Result:
The Killer Bunny should actively attack all three mobs(Wolf, Cat, Fox), recognizing them as natural threats.
Observed Result:
It will only actively attack the Wolf, ignoring the Cat and Fox.
