"Birthday Song" Advancement doesn't work

Step to reproduce:
1. place a note block on the ground, and have an allay around.
2. give a cake to the allay then throw another cake on the ground
3. tap the note block
Expect result: allay will drop the cake on note block and gives you “Birthday Song“ Advancement
In Reality: nothing happens
