This behavior was introduced in 26.1-snapshot-3.
The bug
Piglins spawned from a spawn egg (by a player or dispenser) are missing the hunted_recently memory data upon spawning. As a result, these piglins immediately attack nearby adult hoglins, bypassing the intended cooldown period.
Piglins spawned naturally, by spawners, or using the summon command (without NBT override) do have this cooldown and behave correctly.
Steps to reproduce
Use a piglin spawn egg to spawn a piglin.
Have an adult hoglin within its detection range (about sixteen blocks).
Observe the piglin's behavior.
Observed behavior
The piglin will immediately initiate an attack on the hoglin.
Expected behavior
The piglin would not enter hunting mode for a while, having a randomized hunted_recently cooldown, as was the case in previous versions.
