[MC-305288] Under certain conditions you can't use the spear charge attack.

In my testing, i could not use the spear right-click ability when:

I first started mining a block by hand, switch to spear(the mining cancels) and after that i could not right click until changing the item again. The Screenshot shows how the mining progress is still shown.

Environment

Java Edition, unmodded, Version 1.21.11 Singleplayer(Open to LAN)
On the screenshot i used a enchanted spear but same effect without enchants.
