The panorama spins too fast when saving a world

I’ve discovered that this happens when the world that you are currently in is experiencing heavy lag.
This just happened to me in 26.1 Snapshot 4, when I exited the game by quitting it with the upper right close button.
The panorama rotation uses DeltaTracker.getRealtimeDeltaTicks() in net/minecraft/client/renderer/PanoramaRenderer, which is based on UI time (not game ticks). When saving by exiting the game the UI thread can stall so the next frame sees a large real time delta spike, and the panorama advances a bigger step, making it appear to spin too fast.
Able to recreate this for version 1.21.11, altho it rarely happens.
