Beacon receives wrong shading from nearby blocks

Nearby blocks will cast shadows inside the beacon, and their performance will be inconsistent at different positions

It should be consistent with other blocks with internal models and not cast shadows by other blocks

I am able to reproduce the reported behavior. It was introduced in 1.21.5 Pre-Release 1.
