When a creaking is spawned by a creaking heart and doesn't detect a player it can idly walk even when looking at it.
Reproduce
Spawn a creaking via the Creaking Heart
Look for it
Stay out of its detection range
Observed Result
It was walking
Expected Result
It wouldn't walk
