The Bug:

Server icons flash momentarily upon being refreshed, reordered, and initially rendered.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the multiplayer menu and have more than at least two servers.

2. Reorder the servers and watch the server icons closely.

Observed Behavior:

Server icons flash.

Expected Behavior:

Server icons would not flash.
