Bees will freeze up and stop moving right before they enter their hive, they can be unstuck by pushing them but is only temporary and the bees will get stuck again

here is the issue occurring inside vanilla
on top of that i am unsure on what causes the bees get stuck outside the hive so i cant really give steps, but i always see it happen right before they enter the hive with pollen on them while another bee is inside turning the pollen into honey.
I can confirm this behavior in 24w20a.
The bees get stuck when flowers and bee nests are placed in a very specific way:
Moving the nest any higher/lower off the ground, or moving the flowers further/closer to the nest will not have the same affect, this is very specific. The bee seems to be stuck between wanting to go into the nest, not being close enough, but not wanting to move close enough to the hive because it is currently on, or using a flower.
