In 24w13a, new particle effects were added which will be emitted from an entity when they have the effect applied, (such as raid_omen, trial_omen, small_gust, and infested) but will not apply elsewhere when applicable. These additional instances are when a tipped arrow has been shot, and when a lingering/splash potion has been thrown. In these two instances, the regular potion particles will play instead, despite the effect having a unique particle elsewhere.
Steps to Reproduce:
Test 1:
Obtain a tipped arrow with any of the listed effects above. For example:
/give @p tipped_arrow[minecraft:potion_contents={potion:"infested",count:1,id:"tipped_arrow"}]/give @p tipped_arrow[minecraft:potion_contents={potion:"infested",count:1,id:"tipped_arrow"}]Shoot the tipped arrow onto the ground.
→ ❌ The arrow will emit regular potion particles, unlike when the effect applies to an entity.
Test 2:
Obtain a lingering or splash potion with any of the listed effects above.
Throw the potion onto the ground.
→ ❌ The potions will emit regular potion particles, unlike when the effect applies to an entity.
Expected Results:
✔ - Because the effects have unique particles, they would be displayed in all instances where the affect is applied, or will be applied.

Notes:
This also applies to the "oozing" and "weaving" effects, though those cases are slightly different as they are not new particle effects, but instead seem to use the respective block textures as particles.
While the displayed particle effects are not the same as the ones emitted from an entity, they are the correct color.

This also affects the particles created after a creeper explodes with effects applied. Should this be a new report, or can I add it to this one? Asking because the report is triaged.
How can I obtain a tipped arrow with these effects on them?
