When attempting to mount a baby camel, it still plays a hand animation. Unlike other ridable mobs, camels cannot and do not require taming; you can simply mount them when they are adults. However, if they are babies, attempting to mount them still triggers a hand animation. This problem is related to MC-190021, which was resolved in 14 days, and MC-163936, which took 26 days to resolve.
Steps to reproduce
Spawn a baby camel
Right click the baby camel
Observation: A hand animation is triggered.
Expectation: No hand animation should occur, and if possible, the item in your hand should be used.
