Bane of arthropods enchantment uses #arthropods tag instead of #sensitive_to_bane_of_arthropods

23w03a added the entity type tags #arthropods and #sensitive_to_bane_of_arthropods. However the logic for the bane of arthropods enchantment references the #arthropods tag, leaving the other tag unused.
