The Bug:
Enderman's aggro is permanent
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attack the Endermen
2. Logging the world again or changing it to a creative mode.
3. Change to Survival mode.
Expected Behavior:
Enderman's aggro is not permanent.

It isn't permanent, they have a timer and only reset their target when it reaches 0.
Neutral mobs resetting their target was a bug fixed a few years ago (in 1.16).
