[MC-264701] Ridden animals can still be interacted with to breed

1. Ride some mob on top of an animal.
2. now pick up the animal's prey and breed it

I chose a pig and put a zombie on top of the pig.

Now pick up the carrot and breed

As you can see, llama is not included.

The issue is that animals being ridden can still be interacted with to be bred. I've updated the report to reflect this.

I guess that this WAI is a good reason to report the llama's behavior instead.
