When a melee mob fights a player, if the player is too close, they will be silent for 0.1 seconds.

Drowned, Husk, Zombie, Skeleton without a bow, Vindicator, Zombified Piglin, etc., mobs will be silent for 0.1 seconds if they get too close to the player.
