At -10188 65 1064 on seed -5208210088792058538 you will find a chest that is completely dark in some ocean ruins even though there is light all around it.
Command to teleport you there:

I observe this behavior when teleporting on the location, or near, and then flying towards the location.
Are you able to reproduce this in the latest version, or just in general again? I ask, as I was unable to reproduce the issue at all, and @unknown was able to reproduce it once, and then not again after that. Any extra info which can be provided would be helpful, as there is some sort of commonality to reproduce this, but that's currently unclear.
