Entities do not stick to honey blocks pushed by pistons if their center isn't over the honey block

When honey blocks are pushed by pistons entities on top of them are moved along with the honey block. However, this is not the case if the center of the entity is over the honey block.

How to reproduce:

1. Setup a contraption like in this image:

   [media]

2. Stand on the edge of the honey block towards the piston

3. Activate the lever

Expected result:

You get moved along with the honey block

Observed result:

You don't get moved along and fall down

clones MC-164032 which was marked as duplicate of MC-1133, but this bug remains after the fix of MC-1133
