Suspicious Sand on Java Edition can be replaced with Sculk by a Sculk Catalyst, unlike in Bedrock Edition or its gravel counterpart

On Java Edition, Suspicious Sand can be replaced with Sculk by using a Sculk Catalyst, which isn’t possible in Bedrock Edition

How to Reproduce

  1. Create a World on Java Edition, then one on Bedrock

  2. Place a Sculk Catalyst and surround it with Suspicious Sand on both worlds

  3. Spawn and Kill a Zombie on both worlds near the Catalyst

  4. Observe that, while in Java some Suspicious Sand blocks will be replaced with Sculk blocks, on Bedrock Edition no Suspicious Sand will be replaced

This is also inconsistent with Suspicious Gravel on Java, which cannot be replaced by Sculk
