The "Glow and Behold!" advancement is granted when interacting with waxed signs while holding glow ink sacs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a sign and obtain a honeycomb along with a glow ink sac.

2. Apply the honeycomb to the sign.

3. Attempt to apply the glow ink sac to the sign.

4. Take note as to whether or not the "Glow and Behold!" advancement is granted when interacting with waxed signs while holding glow ink sacs.

Observed Behavior:

The "Glow and Behold!" advancement is granted.

Expected Behavior:

The "Glow and Behold!" advancement would not be granted.
