For example, if you're running around with the camel and it does a noise, the audio spot of where it made that noise doesn't move with the camel. In other words, the position that the sound plays at doesn't move with the mob that made the sound.

i haven't really seen this issue with any other mobs
I can assure you, this is the case for literally every sound played in existence. Only mooshroom shearing (turning it into a cow) is bound to the mooshroom entity, which is deleted just after the sound is done, everything else only plays the sound at a position, not bound to an entity.
It hardly to understand the report. I can't understand it.
