The origin points of entity sounds don't move with the entity that produced the sound

For example, if you're running around with the camel and it does a noise, the audio spot of where it made that noise doesn't move with the camel. In other words, the position that the sound plays at doesn't move with the mob that made the sound.

i haven't really seen this issue with any other mobs

I can assure you, this is the case for literally every sound played in existence. Only mooshroom shearing (turning it into a cow) is bound to the mooshroom entity, which is deleted just after the sound is done, everything else only plays the sound at a position, not bound to an entity.

Confirmed. Leaving this open for Mojang's declaration on whether this is intentional or not. I've updated this ticket to mention the information that @unknown stated since this does indeed occur with every entity and not just camels.
