Tridents sometimes rapidly twitch after hitting entities

The Bug:

Tridents sometimes rapidly twitch after hitting entities.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a ravager and obtain a trident.

2. Throw the trident at the ravager and watch it closely.

3. Repeat the above step until the trident rapidly twitches after attacking the ravager.

4. Take note as to whether or not tridents sometimes rapidly twitch after hitting entities.

Observed Behavior:

Tridents sometimes rapidly twitch.

Expected Behavior:

Tridents would not rapidly twitch and instead have a smooth animation after hitting entities.
