You can craft creeper banner pattern using creeper head, skull banner pattern using wither skull, but you can't craft snout banner pattern using the newly added piglin head. Moreover, the ID of the snout banner pattern is piglin_banner_pattern and the snout banner pattern generates in bastion remnant - the "home" for piglins.
Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Place the crafting table, then right-click on it.
Step 2: Place paper and piglin head on it.
Observed Results:
Nothing happens.
Expected Results:
The snout banner pattern will show on the output.

Yeah, this is absolutely a feature request. This recipe was never announced, nor any trance of it's implementation exists.
