Command '/execute if blocks' have some problems

Command:

/execute if blocks 80 100 60 80 100 60 80 100 60 all run say 1

/execute if blocks 80 100 60 80 100 60 80 100 60 all run say 1

Although it shows that the instruction is wrong, it still executes normally.
