Two of the same feature causes crash

Having two of the same feature in the same step causes a world crash instead of a failed datapack validation. ex (note the double use of the glow lichen feature):

In 1.17 this was not a problem but apparently this is why it keeps failing in this new version. The error is as follows:

Feature order cycle found, involved sources: [Reference

{ResourceKey[minecraft:worldgen/biome / minecraft:windswept_savanna]=cgw@485aaa94}

, Reference

{ResourceKey[minecraft:worldgen/biome / minecraft:lush_caves]=cgw@32e72c5d}

Please attach the crash report to this ticket.

Does this occur in 1.19.2? We do not track issues that occur in outdated versions.

yes? i dont think there was any changes regarding this. Besides, im never playing any version past 1.19 due to the addition of chat reporting.

It seems to work as intended as long as I put the feature I want double of in a separate step.
