No-description advancements show an empty line in hover event in chat

Advancement descriptions are optional, if left out, they simply display no description in the menu.
In the chat, however, they will display an empty line in the hover event.

Steps to reproduce:

• Install the attached data pack.

• Ensure the announceAdvancements is set to true. /gamerule announceAdvancements true

• If you already have the advancement from another bug report test. /advancement revoke @s only test_pack:test

• Hover over the advancement announcement's advancement

• Observe the advancement menu.

Expected behavior:

No description is present in the advancement hover event, nor the menu.

Actual behavior:
A newline is still present in the hover event for the description.
