[MC-256101] The fences on allay cages in outposts are glitched

The dark oak fences on allay cages in pillager outposts are glitched. This could be the result of the jigsaw block generating inside the cage.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world

2. Locate a pillager outpost with an allay cage or use the /place template Minecraft:pillager_outpost/feature_cage_with_allays
