When summoning a lightning bolt near water, the water will become invisible when behind lightning bolt. In the image below, I used a command to summon a spawner with a lightning bolt inside aka /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:spawner{SpawnData:{entity:{id:"minecraft:lightning_bolt"}}}
