Even when I add base_stone_overworld to the base_stone_nether tag, debris does not generate in the overworld (and yes I am using a datapack that should allow it to generate. I submitted a bug about how it was not, and was told I needed to add overworld stone to the tag, yet that has not worked).

Why is that needed? The issue is that debris does not generate in the overworld even if you add stone to the base_stone_nether tag. Shouldnt that work?
Okay so simple question would be is ancient debris able to replace overworld stone as long as it has the tag?
Is this pack supposed to be for 1.19.2? There's a lot missing in the noise_settings file that's preventing datapack validation.
No it was originally for 1.17 since theres not really anything new in 1.18 and im not going to 1.19 until they fix that bug where ancient cities dont generate in old chunks, except I guess I have to deal with it since I'm never going to any version after 1.19.1. But it should be the same. The point is it doesnt generate and should.
