"I cannot install Minecraft Launcher in Microsoft Store but Minecraft for Windows only. I've away from Minecraft: Java Edition for a month since Minecraft Launcher can be only downloaded through Microsoft Store so I cannot dowload it. I finnally installed successfully last month but it appeared that the launcher cannot be updated. At present it always says 'Download Failed' every time I download through Microsoft Store…"
Didn't attach the tag of version 1.19-pre4 in this issue since the parent issue only attached 1.19-pre3. 1.18.2 remained.

I recommend just downloading the native launcher instead of trying to install the UWP app, which is very buggy anyway.
